(More customer reviews)I initially bought the 10" plates and my husband loves them, but they are too large for me and the children. My 4 year old loves that they keep the food from touching ; ). I also found them to be just perfect for portion control and I have been using them myself as they automatically give you the perfect smaller portion- The meat section hold just about 3-4 oz. of meat, and the veggie and starch sections hold about 1/2 cup each- perfect for a low-cal balanced meal. They look great and they never seem to chip, even if dropped. If you are looking for large dishes for hearty servings, get the larger ones, but if you are looking for a nice plate for kids or for the smaller appetite, this is it.
