(More customer reviews)I bought this microwave after redoing my apartment last summer..I bought a LG fridge and fell in LOVE with this appliance AND company!!...so I decided to go with this microwave....in ANY appliance there is always ONE " bad egg" and maybe the last customer got that one...sorry but the same one I got, I tripled checked on Consumer Reports and they also gave it a recommended rating....well I use it everyday and it's STELLAR!..I'm about to buy another for my niece & nephew's birthday gift.
